Friendship through the ages

welcome

Welcome to Haddenham Classics – where motoring heritage comes alive against the backdrop of Buckinghamshire’s picturesque landscapes.

What started as a modest monthly gathering of classic car enthusiasts, has transformed into a dynamic club for motor aficionados from all corners of Buckinghamshire, and beyond.

our aims

 Haddenham Classics has three main aims:

  • To keep automotive history alive by showcasing as many different vehicles as possible
  • To exchange auto knowledge through our events and workshops
  • To improve mental health and prevent social isolation by providing socialising opportunities for a wide demographic, creating an auto enthusiasts' community, and friendship through the ages.

 For those captivated by the allure of classic vehicles and the charm of Buckinghamshire living, Haddenham Classics beckons. Mark your calendars with our various events, join our club, polish up your classic, and immerse yourself in a world where timeless machines and vibrant community spirit converge.

haddenham classics' collections

We have started collecting donations at our monthly meets. This is both for club funds and also for Heartbeat Haddenham. We split the money 50/50. Club funds are required for things such as our website, event insurance, equipment, signage, etc.

Heartbeat Haddenham was established under the auspices of the Parish Council to raise money to purchase and install publicly accessible Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) in Haddenham. There are now seven AEDs in the village that are ready for emergency use by the general public and available 24/7. They are located at:

* Railway Station, Thame Road
* Catholic Church, at junction of Crabtree Road with The Croft and Stockwell
* St Mary's Centre, Church End
* Abbeyfield Care Home, 106 Churchway
* Sports & Social Club, Woodways
* Co-op Store, Tibbs Road
* Community Library

Our collections for Heartbeat Haddenham so far have raised:

February Meet £60.50

March Meet £85.39

April Meet £69.64

We would be so grateful if you could spare some change at a future meet, so that we can keep contributing towards Heartbeat Haddenham.

what people say about Haddenham Classics

“First time at a Haddenham Classics meet, thoroughly enjoyed it, thanks all.”

“What a great selection, from the majestic Rolls to modern show cars.”

“Great meet and such a fantastic variety of cars.”

“Being a petrol head and a single girl, I've found Haddenham classics car club to be incredibly welcoming and friendly. I've now been to three meets on my own, which I've absolutely loved. It's not just for the boys, so why not come along and join me, girls?”

“Great day, well done Lee, hope to see you next time.”

“Every meet up, there's always a huge selection of not only classic cars, but also some modern cars too.  All of the vehicle owners are exceptionally friendly and are more than happy to chat about their cars.”

“Thank you for all your hard work, and to the volunteer marshalls.”

“Having had a tip-off a couple of months ago about a local classic car club, Haddenham Classics, the last Saturday of every month is now going to be much more enjoyable.”

“Another very enjoyable and social experience today. Many thanks all.”

“A couple of weeks ago, Haddenham Classics visited Gaydon Motor Museum, which I hadn't been to before. I was lucky enough to bag a lift in a beautiful Rolls Royce. I was the only girl on the trip, but our museum tour guide was wonderful, and I was very well looked after by the other members of the club who went along. I'm definitely going back to the museum again.”

“Many thanks for arranging today's workshop. In a word brilliant! Both sessions were excellent, the guys were very open and informative, I learnt a few tricks of the trade today.”
